REUNION 2010

EXERCISE – “FINAL FLING”

SATURDAY 23^rd OCTOBER 2010

SITUATION

The Reunion on the above date will be my last and known as Exercise “Final fling”.   Let us all ensure that we celebrate this occasion and make sure that we all attend to enjoy our weekend.  

MISSION

To hold a weekend over the 22^nd to 24^th October 2010 in a Barnstaple Hotel to celebrate our military careers, friendship in a great Company/Squadron way.    Why not start your weekend by arriving on the Friday.  There were 78 Lads with their wives/partners in 2007.

On the Saturday Night of course will be our dinner night with music and a small raffle.   The aim is to start a little earlier this time.   (Who knows, there may be a DUKW outside the hotel).

EXECUTION

Members should make their own travel arrangements to ensure they arrive by 1800hrs on the Saturday Night so that pre-drinks may by taken prior to the dinner.   There were 142 people sat down in 2007.   There is room for 58 more this time.

Also, you should book your own accommodation by the number of nights you wish to stay.  Dinner on the Saturday will be included in the price of your stay.

Dress will be as normal.   Lounge suits or Blazers/Jackets and appropriate for our Ladies.

CONCLUSION

Cost will follow when I receive confirmation from the Hotel best suited for us.  There will be an email shot and for the people who do not have a computer there will be a mail shoot.   Also, there are three other ways:  Telephone, Telegraph and Tell a Soldier.   Watch the 18 (AMPH) Coy/Sqn web site.
